WORDS
Rylan wrote several successful stage plays for Manchester's Fringe Festival from 2013-2016, 'Would You Change?' being nominated for Best New Writing. He worked for Starburst Magazine as their Original Fiction Editor, working with unknown authors, helping them to refine their work for publication.
He now focuses on novels and short stories; world-building a spooky, queer, and magical reality-adjacent universe in which anything is possible!
If you want dogs with space ships, gay ghosts, possessed toys, secret government agencies with incompetent agents, or twisted fairy tales - you've come to the right place!
Rylan is a part of Fambles, a gay men's writing group based in south Manchester, which features Paul Magrs and David Richards amongst its members.
